By Kathleen Gilbert
CAMPELLSPORT, Wisconsin, December 9, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - When Julie Shockley read a nun's recently published defense of the "pro-choice" ideology as a reflection of God's gift of free will, Shockley was immediately reminded of her own abortion experience - one she says robbed her of that very gift...

Awesome article. wow. I have never heard of a prochoice nun. I'm glad she found the TRUTH!

Are you also a Catholic? Because I am recommending your blog on my site, but I want to make sure your prolife teachings do not involve anything like contraception or anything.

Thanks!

Hello, A.J. - thanks for your comment.

It took a lot of grace for Sister Arlene to apologize as she did. It was a gift to us all.

Yes, I am Catholic, and believe completely in the Church doctrines regarding family life, contraception, etc.

You have a great site - thanks for linking!

i dont understand why he is doing this. first of all i was almost aborted and my grandmother talked her out of it. i have a wonderful family. now with saying that i have a daughter that is 7 yrs old. i am trying to raise her right but we all know sometimes they do things that we would not approve of. if my child got pregnant and went to have an abortion without me knowing that is not giving me control as a parent. what if something happened to her what would happen then. i may be far off the subject but everything that is being said i just dont understand why obama is trying to do this. he has two daughters i guess he doesnt care what happens to them. well i care what happens to my children. God blessed me with two amazing kids and i am going to do whatever it takes to raise them to do the right things. i just pray that that foca does not get signed.

Dear adrht:

Your children are blessed to have you as their mother. I don't understand the need for FOCA, either. Mr. Obama could leave it alone; abortion is legal. It is also a medical procedure that has yet to be fully evaluated for safety - the medical community should have the final say and the government needs to step back.

I add my prayers to yours and thank you for visiting!
